All unopened products purchased at D'Orazio Cleaning Supply can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach us at (608)835-2424. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of 25%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to D'Orazio Cleaning Supply shall be that of the customers.
